9bdb Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Policy

1 General Terms

By using 9bdb (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), you are deemed to have read and accepted all of the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the legal relationship between 9bdb and its users.

9bdb reserves the right to update these terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the Platform when changes are made. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

2 Account Register

To open an account with 9bdb, the following conditions must be met:

• You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in your account being closed at any time.
• Each user may register only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
• Keep your account password confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• Mobile number verification is mandatory.

Identity Verification (KYC)

9bdb may verify a user's identity at any time. This may require submission of a national ID or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

3 Age & Eligibility

Users must be 18 years of age or older to use 9bdb. Access by minors is strictly prohibited.

If 9bdb has reason to believe a user may be underage, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. If the verification is unsatisfactory, the account will be permanently closed and all deposited funds will be returned.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit

• Deposits on 9bdb can be made via mobile banking, bank transfer, or e-wallet.
• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200. The maximum limit varies by payment method.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within a few minutes.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Processing typically takes between 10 minutes and 3 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit.
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

9bdb offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and rollover requirements.

General Bonus Terms

• If the required rollover is not met after claiming a bonus, withdrawals will not be permitted.
• Certain games do not count toward bonus rollover requirements. A list of eligible games is provided in each bonus's terms.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• In cases of bonus abuse, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• 9bdb reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on 9bdb are powered by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is regularly audited by independent third parties.

• Each game has its own rules. Please read them before you play.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical issue, the stake will be refunded.
• If a game is interrupted due to a connection issue, the outcome will be determined based on system records.
• If you have a dispute regarding a game result, please contact the support team. 9bdb's system logs shall serve as the definitive record.
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 9bdb:

• Using fraud, software, or bots to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using another user's account or sharing account access.
• Opening multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security systems.
• Harassing other users or engaging in conduct that damages the Platform's reputation.

8 Account Closure

Closed by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before requesting closure.

9bdb reserves the right to close an account in cases of rule violations, evidence of fraud, or security concerns. The user will be informed of the reason and given the opportunity to appeal.

Self-Exclusion

9 Limitation of Liability

9bdb shall not be held liable for the following:

• Losses resulting from issues on the user's end, such as internet disconnection or device problems.
• Errors caused by third-party service providers.
• Temporary service disruptions caused by unforeseen technical issues.
• If a user's information is compromised due to their own negligence.

10 Changes to Terms

9bdb reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified in advance of any significant changes.

Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
